Evergreen Valley Lamb at Fido's Farm, Grassfed & Natural
Evergreen Valley Lamb, grown at Fido's Farm is tasty, tender and lean. Enjoy this succulent lamb and, at the same time, support the economic viability of small farm agriculture and open space in the Puget Sound region by making a direct purchase from the farmer.

Fido's Farm is nestled in the scenic and serene Evergreen Valley, located between Olympia and Tacoma. We manage our 82-acres for wildlife, waterfowl habitat and water quality along with the production of healthy, tasty food.

Our lambs are born April 8-30 in a lush pasture alongside Evergreen Valley Road. Bring your family to enjoy the miracle of lambs taking their first drink of milk and laugh along with the lamb races that go on through out the day.

Once the lambs are a month old they move with their mothers to our other grass and clover pastures with mixed shrub borders. When they come in at night they have free access to kelp and mixed minerals to assure their nutritional needs are met. Every Evergreen Valley Lamb is raised free of antibiotics or hormones so you can enjoy its grassfed and natural goodness.

Fido’s Farm, home of Evergreen Valley Lamb, harvests lambs monthly May through December.

Traditional “Spring” lamb is available late September through December. These are the 6-month old lambs with the smaller cuts you find in grocery stores. They will hang around 40-45 pounds.

Our favorite product is Hogget, and are the lambs upon which our reputation is built. These are lambs 12-20 months old. They are extremely good eating. Ours hang around 65 pounds and have correspondingly larger cuts.
