Tracking
- Thursdays with Marta Brock
Weekend classes start in May. Marta Brock has over 25 years
of experience in tracking – including 12 Tracking Dog
Titles and 3 Tracking Dog Excellent titles and has helped
put on many tracking competitions.
“I am passionate about tracking! This is a great sport
that lets a dog show us their natural abilities to follow
an hours old trail. Tracking can be a joy for large or small
dogs of any breed or mix of breeds,” says Marta.
All that is needed to start is a 6-foot leash, a flat collar,
a hungry dog and lots of treats. Classes will be held in the
field in all kinds of weather.
$100 for six weeks.

Please note that tracking for Search and Rescue is not
covered in this program.
Flyball
Mondays with Puget Hounds
Flyball is a fast-paced relay race between two teams
of four dogs where each dog must jump a series of four jumps,
hit a mechanized box which shoots a ball for the dog to catch,
and then return over the four jumps. Click
here to learn more.
Rally
Obedience
In Rally Obedience dogs and handlers move through a fun sequence
of signed stations which ask the teams to perform various
exercises. Rally is more relaxed than competitive obedience,
focusing on attitude and enthusiasm. The variety of exercises
and courses allows you to show off your versatility and teamwork.
